Quick and Easy gift for Mom-Ruby Rock-It

Welcome Ruby Rock-It fans :)  This is Jenifer here with you today to share a fun and quick Mothers Day project using a small hoop and some Ruby Rock-It Fusion in Red and some of the gorgeous Kraftastic Stickers.

I used a 5" hoop and I had a fun doily in my stash that fit perfectly within the hoop.  I then proceeded to fill up my hoop like it was a canvas and started layering my embellishments.  I used a piece of the striped Red Fusion paper as my base and built on from there ending with a beautiful Kraftastic sticker.  There are so many wonderful possibilities with these hoops you could whip up some beautiful gifts in no time, Mothers, Teachers and friends.
Here is a close up of some of the embellishments and layers.

Take a look at these fun Kraftastic glitter Stickers.  They are beautiful and you will want to put them on everything.

Baby Hop-May Arts

Welcome to the May Arts baby hop.  I love babies!!!  One thing that I love to do is make a set of these cute stuffed animals from a Simplicity pattern.

I love finishing hand made items off by sewing on these handmade with love ribbons.  Ribbon accents make every project better and really gives everything a beautiful finish.

I hope you have enjoyed my baby project today and I hope the baby that receives them enjoys many hours of play time.  Here is the rest of the  line up.

Sweet Life Raccoon-TOW

Hi there Therm O Web fans this is Jenifer here with you to share my Project using Pat Sloan's new "Sweet Life" fabric line.  A friend of mine recently had a sweet baby girl and I am in the process of making her a set of these sweet little stuffed animals.  I am using Simplicity 1549 pattern and have sewn up a few sets of these for gifts. When I first saw the grey I just couldn't get the little Raccoon out of my head, so instead of fighting it I just went with it.  I am so glad that I did!!  I just love this little guy.
I used some HeatnBond lite for the ears and the eyes and a piece of the Therm O Web Heat n’ Bond® Fusible Fleece for the sweet face.

Add some sweet ribbons around the neck and you have a fun one of a kind stuffed animal for a sweet little one.  This is a fairly simple pattern and is a quick project for anyone starting out.
I hope you have enjoyed my project, make sure you come back often to see more from this talented team.
